My magic pie. Fast & Tasty :)

This pie is my secret weapon. When I don’t know what to cook, when I’m tired, or when guests show up out of nowhere - I make this. It’s quick, simple, and always turns out great. You mix the dough in minutes, throw in whatever filling you have, and boom - dinner’s ready.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup flour

  • ½ tsp baking soda + a few drops of vinegar

  • ½ packet baking powder

  • Salt (a little)

Mix it all together. The dough should be thick like creamy yogurt.

How to make it:

  • Mix the dough ingredients.

  • Grease a baking dish.

  • Pour in half the dough.

  • Add your filling.

  • Pour the rest of the dough on top.

  • Bake at 180-200°C for about 40 minutes.

Done! It smells amazing, tastes great, and makes you look like a kitchen genius (without trying too hard).

Eat it hot, cold, or straight from the pan. No rules.
